You import your parts list into HOTIPARTS. Buyers find it by part number, brand or vehicle model. When one of your parts is requested, you set the price. We take care of the rest: buyer contact, offer, payment collection and follow-up.

How anonymity and payment work
- For the quote request, you only see the delivery country and postcode.
- Once the buyer has paid, you receive the full delivery address, without phone number or e-mail, and a shipping label to print.
- The buyer does not know who you are. Messages are reviewed by HOTIPARTS before they are passed on, and contact details are removed.
- The amount of your quote (part and shipping) is paid out to you after delivery, once the buyer's 5-day inspection period has ended.
This protects both sides: the buyer pays safely and you are sure to be paid.

With every import, you choose whether to add the parts to your existing list or to replace it completely. You can also enter parts one by one.
Who can register
Dealers, garages, workshops, wholesalers, importers and industrial companies that hold spare parts. We verify every company before it can import stock: UID register in Switzerland, VAT number via VIES in the EU, manual check in other countries.
