Many companies keep their parts rather than offer them. They do not want their customers, their competitors or the brand they represent to see them clearing stock. HOTIPARTS was designed for this situation: your name and contact details stay private until you agree to talk to a buyer. Here is exactly what each side sees.
What the buyer sees
They see
- the part number, brand and description of the part;
- the condition and quantity you declared;
- a photo, if you supplied one and it was approved;
- the country where the part is and the "Verified company" badge;
- a price, only if you chose to show one.
They do not see before you agree
- your company name;
- your address, phone, e-mail or website;
- a list of "your" parts: nothing groups a supplier's stock together.
In their requests, they see your answers as "Supplier A, B, C…", with the confirmed condition, quantity, lead time and the terms you give.
What the supplier sees
Before the connection
- the requested part numbers, quantities and wanted condition;
- the buyer type (company or private person);
- the delivery country and postcode;
- the buyer's questions, filtered by HOTIPARTS.
After you agree
- the contact details the buyer chose to share (at least an e-mail or a phone number);
- their company name, if it is a company;
- never a private person's address.
You do not see other suppliers' answers, and nobody sees yours.
You decide on every connection
When a buyer asks to talk to you, you receive an e-mail: "Accept the connection — Free" or "Refuse". You tick what you share: e-mail, phone, address. Nothing is passed on before your click. Contact details are unlocked on the server only at that moment: they are not even hidden in the page, they are simply not there.
Filtered messages
Before the connection, buyer and supplier can exchange questions: a detail about a part, a photo, a lead time. Phone numbers, e-mail addresses and links are blocked. A suspicious message is read by a person before it is passed on.
Why no price is public by default
On an ordinary marketplace, every displayed price becomes a benchmark. Your customers compare it with your counter price, your competitors undercut it, and the brand you represent sees its parts sold off cheaply under your name.
On HOTIPARTS, no price is shown unless you want one: the buyer sees "Request an offer". You give your price in your answer, for that request only. If you prefer to show a price, you can reserve it for logged-in members: it then never appears on public pages or in search engines.
What this protects
- Your relationships with brands. Nothing shows publicly that a brand representative is clearing stock.
- Your regular customers. They do not see your clearance prices.
- Your position against competitors. Nobody sees what you hold in stock under your name.
- Your peace of mind. No calls from strangers: only buyers you accept receive your contact details.
What HOTIPARTS knows
Anonymity applies between buyers and suppliers, not towards us. We check companies, review accounts and keep a record of each connection (who, what, when). This is how we protect the network against abuse. How we process your data is described in our privacy policy.
Offer your stock without exposing yourself
Register your company, publish your list and answer requests. Your name stays private until you agree.

Frequently asked questions
Can I give my contact details in an answer?
No. They are blocked in answers and messages. You share them only by accepting a connection: it is safer for you and for the buyer.
Can my brand see that I offer parts on HOTIPARTS?
Your name appears nowhere on the website. Someone viewing a part page only sees that a part is available in a country.
What happens if I refuse a connection?
The buyer is informed and can choose another proposal. They receive none of your contact details.
